Due to the recent circumstances, we are all undergoing changes to how operations are carried out. We are reaching out to let our customers and associates know that while we are taking precautions to protect ourselves, our customers and our families, we are currently up and running and our services will continue as normal for the time being. We are still fully open for business and are available for contact on our office line, contact page on our website and email.

As of the 16th of March 2020, following advisement from the UK government, we have sent all Impact office and sales staff that are capable, to work from home. Our laboratory staff are still working in our laboratory facilities, spread out and in as little contact as possible for their protection. These precautions are to help prevent potential spread of COVID-19.

We are fully equipped for current circumstances, allowing all of our services to continue running as normal and are grateful to not be impacted by this event as some may be. All reports and tests will continue to be carried out and delivered, inquires will be taken and jobs are available.
