10% Off Testing Services Full Terms & Conditions
1. USING YOUR DISCOUNT VOUCHER
1.1 These terms and conditions (together with any relevant and referenced documents, including the Website terms of use) set out the terms relating to the redemption of Promotional Discount Voucher. The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Discount Voucher.
2. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER
2.1 10% discount must be stated at time of initial consultation in order for discount to be applied.
2.2 10% discount vouchers are valid until 31st March 2024.
2.3 Minimum order value of £400 before discount.
2.4 10% discount vouchers can be redeemed against all testing services performed by Impact Solutions.
2.5 Discount Vouchers can only be used ONCE per customer unless clearly stated.
2.6 10% discount vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
2.7 Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Vouchers and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply including our privacy policy.
3. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 Impact Solutions reserves the right to cancel discount voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement discount voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud. The voucher remains our property.
3.2 Impact Solutions can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees).
